What You Get:
a custom training plan for your full build up to a goal race, delivered to you through V.O2 or Google Sheets
a phone call (generally up to an hour, but realistically however long it takes to get an understanding of you and your needs) to discuss you as an athlete and what you want to get out of a plan
guidelines on how to adapt/adjust the plan as things arise (life happens, we’re flexible)
suggested strength exercises to support your goals, improve your mechanics, and prevent injuries
