You’ll get a custom training plan built around your life, your goals, and your running history — plus feedback, check-ins, and adjustments along the way. We’ll communicate weekly (or more, if needed) to make sure your training feels good, works with your schedule, and stays aligned with what you actually want out of the process.

Need a plan but not ready for full coaching? This is a one-time, fully personalized training plan built just for you. After a detailed intake and consult, I’ll create a roadmap toward your goal that’s rooted in your current fitness, race timeline, and real life. You’ll walk away with a plan that’s clear, flexible, and built to help you get where you want to go — nothing cookie-cutter.

Beta Testing Now: virtual group training program
A new way to train is coming — want to be a part of it? This virtual group coaching program is in beta testing now, designed to blend individualized support with the community and motivation of a training team. You’ll get a structured plan, a group Slack channel for check-ins and encouragement, and regular group calls to keep you on track. If you’re racing a half marathon in November and want to help shape a new model of group training (currently free of charge), this might be a great fit.
